Sudurpaschim witnesses 129 fresh cases of COVID-19



DHANGADHI: With 30 cases of Kailali, Sudurpaschim Province has seen 129 cases of coronavirus on Tuesday.

In the PCR tests carried out in Seti Provincial Hospital, Dadeldhura Hospital and Doti District Hospital Laboratory, 46 people from Doti, 35 from Achham, 30 from Kailali, two from Dadeldhura and eight each from Kanchanpur and Bajhang were found coronavirus positive.

Out of 571 swabs tested in 24 hours in Seti Province Hospital, 34 tested COVID-19 positive whereas 50 out of 666 swabs tested in Dadeldhura came out with coronavirus positive results today.

Similarly, according to Doti Hospital’s press release out of 59 swabs tested in Doti Hospital’s laboratory 45 have come out with coronavirus positive results.

With Tuesday’s 129 cases, the number of coronavirus cases in the Province has reached 5,639 here.
