Cabinet meeting at 11 am; likely to discuss ordinances

KATHMANDU: A meeting of Council of Ministers to be held at the Prime Minister’s residence Baluwatar at 11 am today is likely to discuss the ordinances brought by the cabinet on Monday.

According to Surya Thapa, Press Advisor to Prime Minister KP Oli, today’s meeting is expected to discuss the ordinance on the provision in the Political Party Act that was brought and authenticated by the President.

Another ordinance that was authenticated was on the Constitutional Council.

Likewise, the meeting is also likely to discuss the ongoing lockdown and its implications, sources said.
