Five die in Baitadi jeep accident



BAITADI: A total of five people have died when a jeep met with an accident on Tuesday afternoon.

According to the District Police Office, Baitadi, five people died on the spot when a jeep, Na 1 Ja 2196, heading towards Gothalapani from Jhulaghat met with an accident at around 1 pm.

The jeep was carrying 12 people including the driver.

The injured have been brought to the district hospital, police said.

Details of the accident are awaited.
