Ex-PM Bhattarai and his wife Hisila Yami test positive for COVID-19



KATHMANDU: Former Prime Minister Dr. Baburam Bhattarai and his wife Hisila Yami have tested positive for coronavirus.

According to Bhattarai, the result of their swab tests conducted on October 23 came positive.

Posting a twitter message on Saturday morning, Bhattarai said, “Both Hisila and I have been diagnosed with Covid-19.” The result of the swab tests conducted on October 23 came positive. We are staying in home isolation as advised by doctors.”

Bhattarai also urged all those who came into contact with him in the past few days to take safety precautions.
