LALITPUR: A cadre of the outlawed Netra Bikram Chand alias Biplav outfit has been arrested from Balkumari of the district on Thursday.
The arrested is Loman Kumar Sunuwar associated with a cultural troupe of the outfit.
A police team deployed from Metropolitan Police Range, Lalitpur arrested him.
Police said they are investigating against him under an indecent behavior case.
