KATHMANDU: Deputy Mayor of Tilagupha Municipality, Danta Nepali, who went on a visit to the United States of America to attend a seminar, has gone out of contact.
Deputy Mayor had gone to America to attend a seminar organized by International City Management Association (ICMA) a few weeks ago.
Inquiry about Danta began after she did not return even after the seminar was over.
The works of Budget Implementation and Supervision Committee and Judicial Committee and Project and Monitoring Committee have been affected due to her absence.
Danta had been elected to the post of Deputy Mayor of Tilagupha Municipality in the local election held in April 2017.
