428 COVID-19 patients undergoing treatment in ICU and ventilator

KATHMANDU: A total of 428 COVID-19 patients in Nepal are undergoing treatment in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and ventilator support.

A total of 365 patients are in ICU and 63 on ventilator support.

According to the Ministry of Health, 52 persons are undergoing treatment in ICU in Province 1, nine in Province 2, 144 in Bagmati Province, 86 in Gandaki Province, 58 in Lumbini Province, 12 in Karnali Province, and four in Sudurpaschim Province.

A total of 11 in Province 1, one in Province 2, 34 in Bagmati, 14 in Gandaki Province and three in Lumbini are on ventilator support.
