50-year-old coronavirus-infected male dies in Dharan



DHARAN: A 50-year-old male receiving treatment at the BP Koirala Health and Sciences Academy in Dharan has succumbed to coronavirus on Wednesday.

According to Dr Nidesh Sapkota, Spokesperson of the Academy, the person from Aurahi-3 Siraha, was admitted to the hospital on August 22.

His swab report had come positive on the same day.

The patient was suffering from numerous diseases, including severe headache, vomiting, and even brain hemorrhage, when he was brought to the hospital.

With this, the number of people dying from coronavirus has reached 58, including 17 female and 41 male, in Province 1.
