Groceries allowed to open until 9:15 am



KATHMANDU: The District Administration Officers of Kathmandu, Lalitpur and Bhaktapur have decided to allow groceries and vegetables shops to open until 9:15 am.

A meeting of Chief District Officers (CDOs) of Kathmandu, Lalitpur and Bhaktapur districts decided to allow such groceries and vegetable shops remain open until 9:00 in the morning to control the people’s movement during the day time.

However, pharmacies, water and health-related businesses can run as usual without obstruction, according to Bhaktapur Assistant CDO, Durga Dutta Dhakal.
