KATHMANDU: Chairman of ruling Nepal Communist Party (NCP) Pushpa Kamal Dahal has urged Socialist Party chairmen Dr. Babu Ram Bhattarai and Upendra Yadav to join NCP.
Dahal also urged another leader Ashok Rai to join NCP.
Welcoming cadres of the Socialist Party joining NCP in the capital on Wednesday, Dahal asked, “I can’t understand why Bhattarai and Rai are helplessly clinging to the Socialist Party.”
“NCP would be a better platform for them to perform and prove their ability,” Dahal said.
