3 more succumb to coronavirus taking Nepal’s death toll to 1,798

KATHMANDU: As many as 3 COVID-19 patients succumbed to the pandemic in the last 24 hours.

According to the Ministry of Health and Population, the new deaths have taken the country’s death toll from the coronavirus to 1,798 as of Tuesday afternoon.

Meanwhile, the country recorded a total of 722 new cases of coronavirus infection in the past 24 hours.

According to the Ministry of Health and Population, the coronavirus tally reached 2,55,236 in the country as of Tuesday afternoon.

Likewise, the Ministry shared that now the country has 7,729 reported active cases of the virus.

In the past 24 hours, altogether 966 infected people got recovery from the virus infection. So far, 2,45,709 people recovered from the coronavirus infection in the country.

Similarly, 3 persons succumbed to the virus across the country in the past 24 hours, hitting the total COVID-19 related deaths to 1798.
