NC Central Office seeks lists of active members



KATHMANDU: The Nepali Congress central office has directed its 77 district committees to send the lists of active membership renewal and new membership distribution within 25 days.

The party was trying to finalize an active membership list for its 14th general convention preparation.

NC chief secretary Krishna Prasad Paudel informed that the instruction was sent to the district presidents fixing the deadline to submit the list.

The direction was sent according to a decision taken by the party Central Working Committee meeting held on November 13.

The party would revise its 14th general convention scheduled after receiving the active membership list.

The party was planning to increase its active membership to 1,000,000 from 500,000.
