KATHMANDU: Health worker Gauri Shankar Dev, who was undergoing treatment at the hospital after contracting the coronavirus, has died.
Public Health Officer Dev, who was the Health Chief of Kalyanpur Municipality in Siraha, died at 10:40 pm on Saturday while undergoing treatment at Nobel Medical College in Biratnagar.
He had tested positive for the coronavirus 17 days ago. Dev was undergoing treatment in the Intensive Care Unit.
