COVID-19: India reports 45,295 new cases, 499 deaths in last 24 hrs

KATHMANDU: India recorded 45,295 new coronavirus cases in the last 24 hours, taking the caseload to 9,095,908

Currently, 442,606are undergoing treatment at various isolation centers and hospitals. Meanwhile, 8,520,039 have returned home after treatment.

Similarly, the number of deaths from the coronavirus in India has crossed the 133,000-mark.

With 499 deaths in a single day, the number of deaths from the virus has reached 133,263, according to the latest figures collated by Worldometers.
