4 involved in stealing cables nabbed

BIRATNAGAR: Nepal Police have arrested four persons involved in the theft of Nepal Telecom’s cables from different places of Biratnagar Metropolitan City.

According to District Police Office Morang, Bijaya Sahani 21, Raj Sahani 18, Rabin Sahani 21 and Sumit Sahani 19 have been arrested for their involvement in the theft.

The police stated that it had intensified the search of the thieves after getting the complaint that Nepal Telecom’s cables had been stolen in various places on September 17.

All four were arrested during the raid at Jamungachhi at 8 pm yesterday. All the alleged are from Biratnagar-6.
