BIRATNAGAR: Province 1 has seen two deaths by drowning on Tuesday.
According to Morang Police, a 17-year-old girl got drowned in a water pool formed by the rainwater.
Rani Rishidev, an inhabitant of Jahada-1, Morang got drowned in the ditch at Musahari Tol on Tuesday morning.
A team of police reached the incident site immediately and is conducting further investigation.
Similarly, Buddhi Bahadur Limbu, 76, an inhabitant of Chainpur-4, Sankhuwasabha died while trying to cross Jhutre Khola while returning home from Batase.
