One among 3 who died at Bharatpur COVID Hospital tests positive



CHITWAN: A 75-year-old man undergoing treatment at Old Medical College, Bhartpur who had died on Thursday evening has tested positive for coronavirus.

According to Lila Dhar Paudel, the information officer at Bharatpur Hospital, the septuagenarian from Hetauda Sub-Metropolitan City was admitted to hospital on August 19 and his swab was collected for screening on the same day.

The swab sample reports of the man  tested at two different places –  Chitwan Medical College and Bharatpur COVID Hospital – which came out coronavirus positive on Friday evening.

Two more bodies of the people who died in the course of treatment at the same medical college are at the hospital itself, awaiting reports.
