Rapti Municipality establishes first-ever woman quarantine



CHITWAN: The Rapti municipality in Chitwan has put in place a separate quarantine for women and children. This is the first-ever quarantine managed for women and children in the district.

The municipality has arranged the quarantine at Bhandara secondary school in Rapti-6 acting on the complaint that there were no women-friendly quarantine facilities.

Mayor Prabha Baral informed though the 30-bed quarantine has been arranged for now it would be upgraded to 50-bed soon.
