12 test positive in RDT in Budhanilkantha

KATHMANDU: Budhanilkantha has performed 278 tests for coronavirus through Rapid Diagnostic Test (RDT) kits.

Out of them, 12 persons including six females have tested positive for the COVID-19.

According to Budhanilkantha Mayor Office, all the positive persons have been kept in quarantine centers.

Similarly, the municipality has collected samples of 51 persons including 12 RDT positive persons for PCR test.

After an 18-year-old girl found positive in Ward No 12 of the municipality, the municipality has geared up for the test for COVID-19 including its staff, security personnel, and health workers.
