KATHMANDU: The United Kingdom (UK) has reported 449 new deaths taking the total tally to 16,509 as of Tuesday morning.
With 4,676 new cases, the number of infection cases has surged to 124,743 according to Worldometer.
Currently, 107,890 people are undergoing treatment at various hospitals in the country, of which 1, 559 are critical.
Broke out in Wuhan City of China last December, the deadly virus has spread to 210 countries including two international conveyances across the world, killing 170,370 and infecting 2,479,691 people as of Tuesday morning.
