KATHMANDU: Nepali Congress President Sher Bahadur Deuba has extended best wishes to all the Nepali people at home and abroad on the occasion of Maha Shivaratri.

In a message of best wishes, Deuba has extended best wishes, peace and success to all the Nepali people.

“Nepal is a country of assorted festivals, religious and traditional cultures and customs. We have a tradition to respect each religious culture and custom. These cultures have helped maintain unity in diversity,” reads the message.

He further said that the country can be made peaceful and prosperous only through the institutionalization of Federal Democratic Republican Administrative System.
