SANKHUWASABHA: A cadre of the outlawed Netra Bikram Chand alias Biplav outfit has been arrested with a pistol.
According to District Police Office, Sankhuwasabha, Som Bahadur Tamang of Madi Municipality-5 was held with the pistol from Sabhapokhari Rural Municipality-3.
Police also seized pressure cooker bomb and socket bomb among other explosives from his possession.
Tamang is being brought to the district headquarters.
