Six injured as NC cadres clash with police in Gulmi

GULMI: Cadres of Nepali Congress were injured in a clash with police in the district today.

The incident occurred when the NC cadres forcibly tried to enter into the district administration office following a rally from the party office to the BP Memorial building.

NC district president Bhuwan Prasad Shrestha and NC Constituency-2 ‘A’ President Purna KC and cadre Shree Prasad among others were injured in the clash.

According to district police office SP Prabin Lal Shrestha, six persons including two police personnel, were injured.
