36 APF personnel in Kathmandu, Bhaktapur diagnosed COVID-19 positive

KATHMANDU: Coronavirus infection has been confirmed in 36 Armed Police Force (APF) in Kathmandu and Bhaktapur.

Their swabs were collected on Wednesday and sent for PCR testing and the report came positive for the pandemic virus today.

A total of 20 personnel at Guheshwari Battalion at Duwakot in Bhaktapur and 16 personnel of Nilbarahi Battalion at Kirtipur have tested positive, said APF Spokesperson Raju Aryal.
