ICC Twenty20 postponed for October-November 2021

KATHMANDU: International Cricket Council (ICC) has decided to delay ICC Twenty20 World Cup cricket match by a year.

A board meeting of the ICC held on Monday took a decision to this effect. With the decision, the match has now been postponed for October-November, 2021.

Earlier, the ICC Twenty20 cricket match had been scheduled for October-November, 2020 in Australia.

With the postponement of ICC Twenty20, the possibility of holding Indian Premier League (IPL) is getting higher.

IPL is likely to be held in the United Arab Emirates. However, an official decision is yet to be made.
