Three people dead in UK stabbings



LONDON: Three people have died and three others seriously injured after stabbings in a park in Reading, international media reports have said.

Police have arrested a 25-year-old man from Reading on suspicion of murder.

The attack occurred at Forbury Gardens where several people were stabbed.

Security sources said a man arrested is thought to be of Libyan origin.

The arrested man had previously been in prison for a relatively minor conviction.
