PM’s instructs authorities to improve quality of quarantines

KATHMANDU: Prime Minister KP Oli has instructed authorities concerned to construct quality quarantine centers in consideration of people likely to return home from various countries.

PM Oli also directed the COVID-19 crisis management operation center to expand the scope of the testing for coronavirus.

Taking note of the efforts done so far by the Centre to control the coronavirus pandemic, Prime Minister Oli urged them to manage necessary resources required to address the large number of Nepalis who would return after the lockdown is lifted.

The Prime Minister also instructed the officials to identify the people who are said to have traveled to villages despite lockdown enforcement.

PM Oli also emphasized the need of maintaining social distancing and informing the public about hygiene, food and regular physical exercise.
