Nepal Police Province Chiefs assigned



KATHMANDU: Nepal Police Headquarters has made the placement of newly-promoted Deputy Inspector Generals (DIGs) on Monday.

Among them, seven have been assigned the responsibility of Province Chief. Ishworbabu Karki has been assigned to Province 1, Dhiraj Pratap Singh to Province 2, Basanta Kumar Lama to Bagmati Province and Ghanshyam Aryal to Gandaki Province.

Likewise, Rabindra Bahadur Dhanuk has been assigned to Province 5, Basanta Kumar Pant to Karnali Province and Uttamraj Subedi to Sudurpaschim Province.

Similarly, Sahakul Thapa will head Central Investigation Bureau (CIB), Pradhumna Karki has been sent to Special Bureau, Niraj Shahi to Police Headquarters, Prakash Jung Karki to Nepal Police Training Academy and Arun Kumar KC to the Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA).
