IGP Gyawali confers insignia on newly-promoted DIGs



KATHMANDU: Inspector General of Police (IGP) Thakur Prasad Gyawali on Monday conferred insignia on newly-promoted Deputy Inspector Generals (DIGs).

IGP Gyawali conferred insignia on 10 DIGs recently promoted.

DIGs Ghanshyam Aryal, Prakash Jung Karki, Basanta Kumar Pant, Ishworbabu Karki, Sahakul Thapa, Dhiraj Pratap Singh, Basanta Kumar Lama, Rabindra Bahadur Dhanuk, Uttamraj Subedi and Arun Kumar BC were conferred with insignias.

On the occasion, IGP Gyawali also conferred insignia on recently-promoted Deputy Superintendent of Police Purusottam Raut Chhetri.

While congratulating the newly-promoted officers, IGP Gyawali directed them to exhibit their knowledge, skill, experience and work capacity for fulfilling job responsibility and policies of the organization.
