KATHMANDU: Amidst the pile of stringent orders, the government has been issuing to address the hazards set by COVID-19, Prime Minister KP Oli is addressing the nation on Friday evening.
The prime minister is expected to announce ‘lockdown’ banning gatherings and movement of people in public areas, albeit with some exceptions.
