America’s COVID-19 cases surpass 12 million



WASHINGTON: The number of COVID-19 cases has reached 12,056,752 in the United States of America after 180,077 new cases were reported in the country.

Currently, 4,572,905 are undergoing treatment at various hospitals and isolation wards across the country while 7,225,612 have recovered from the pandemic.

Similarly, the death toll linked with the coronavirus has reached 258,235 with 1,966 new deaths so far in the country, according to the latest figures collated by Worldometer.

Broke out in Wuhan City of China in last December, the coronavirus has killed 1,364,665 and infected 57,204,203 globally until the filing of this news.
