India’s COVID-19 cases cross 9 million

KATHMANDU: India recorded 46,182 new coronavirus cases in the last 24 hours, taking the caseload to 9,004,325.

Currently, 445,107 are undergoing treatment at various isolation centers and hospitals. Meanwhile, 8,427,016 have returned home after treatment.

Similarly, the number of deaths from the coronavirus in India has crossed the 132,200 mark.

With 584 deaths in a single day, the number of deaths from the virus has reached 132,202, according to the latest figures collated by Worldometers.
