KATHMANDU: Police have arrested the mastermind behind the Facebook group ‘Raper Association’.
The Cyber Bureau of Nepal Police has arrested Abhishek Nepal, hailing from Mathagadhi Rural Municipality-1, in Palpa district.
SSP Navind Aryal stated that the police arrested him from his house on Monday on charges of abetment to rape.
The Bureau has stated that the offense has been committed as per sub-section (1) of section 47 of the Electronic Transactions Act, 2063 BS.
