DHANGADHI: Seven persons arrested in connection with the murder of Assistant Sub Inspector of Police (ASI) and a Police Constable in Dhangadhi have been made public.
The District Police Office, Kailali, at a press conference on Tuesday paraded those arrested in connection with the murder of ASI Govinda BK and Police Constable Ram Bahadur Saud.
The arrested are Rohit Rana alias Panku, 31, Rajendra Rana, 20, Suresh Rana alias Chor, 30, Rajkumar Rana alias Gabbar, 25, Ramniwas Rana, 22, Dalram Rana alias Tallu, 29, of Dhangadhi Sub-metropolitan 10 and Ram Gopal Rana alias Gopal, 25 of Dhangadhi-11.
They have confessed to attacking and murdering police personnel after they were obstructed in smuggling goods from Nepal to India.
