India’s COVID-19 cases cross 7.5 million mark

KATHMANDU: India recorded 46,498 new coronavirus cases in the last 24 hours, taking the caseload to 7,594,736.

Currently, 748,883 are undergoing treatment at various isolation centers and hospitals. Meanwhile, 6,730,617 have returned home after treatment.

Similarly, the number of deaths from the coronavirus in India has crossed the 115,000-mark.

With 594 deaths in a single day, the number of deaths from the virus has reached 115,236, according to the latest figures collated by Worldometers.
