Mahabir Pun to provide face visor along with PPE to medics



KATHMANDU: Chairman of National Innovation Center Mahabir Pun has announced providing face visor along with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) free to health workers.

Taking to Facebook social activist and scientist Pun informed that the center will be providing visor along with PPE free to doctors and nurses, keeping in mind the health risks the medics looking after the coronavirus victims are exposed to.

“Hereafter, the center will be providing visor to doctors and nurses along with PPE,” Pun said in a Facebook post.

The social activists and scientists has already made PPE booth and sent to Maharajgunj based Teaching Hospital, Army Hospital, Bir Hospital and Bhaktapur Hospital in Kathmandu valley. Some more booths are sent to Kailali, Pokhara, Butwal and Birtamod.

Since the coronavirus outbreak in Nepal, Pun and his team are working day and night to support the country with various health materials in high demand in the country.
