Indian Ambassador Kwatra calls on Minister Aryal

KATHMANDU: Indian ambassador to Nepal Vinay Mohan Kwatra has paid a courtesy call on Minister for Land Management, Cooperatives and Poverty Alleviation, Padma Kumari Aryal, at latter’s office in Singh Durbar on Thursday.

According to the secretariat of the Minister, during the meeting, they held discussions on bilateral issues and issues of common interest.

On the occasion, Minister Aryal opined that Nepal and India had multifaceted relations and the contentious bilateral issues would be resolved amicably during the tenure of new ambassador Kwatra.

She wished a successful tenure to the Indian ambassador.

Similarly, ambassador Kwatra expressed his desire to collaborate on some Ministry-level works during his tenure.
