PLEASANTON: The owners of the popular Nepalese food truck have opened a new restaurant at 201 Main St. in Pleasanton, California.
It’s the second brick and mortar for The Everest Momo. Their other restaurant, which opened over the summer, is located near Sacramento, at 3000 Sunrise Boulevard in Rancho Cordova.
The new Pleasanton restaurant’s menu is the same as the food truck’s, with the popular steamed dumplings offered with minced chicken (9 pieces, $8.99) or seasonal vegetable (9 pieces, $7.99). There’s also vegetable fried rice ($6.99), chicken chow mein ($7.99) and the signature chili chicken ($8.99), marinated and slow-cooked with Nepali spices.
