Vote counting underway in polls for new office-bearers of SC’ Bar Association



KATHMANDU: Voting for the new working committee of the Supreme Court (SC) Bar Association has been completed and counting of votes is underway.

According to Chief Election Officer of the Election Committee Raju Khadka, the counting of votes has started after the polling at the apex court’s premises.

The results of the counting will be out today.

Senior Advocate Ravinarayan Khanal has led the Progressive, Professional, Patriotic, and Inclusive Law Practitioners Group and Senior Advocate Purnaman Shakya has led the Broader Democratic Inclusive (Madhesi, Adivasi, and Janajati) Professional Law Practitioners Group.
