422 COVID-19 patients undergoing treatment in ICU and ventilator

KATHMANDU: A total of 422 COVID-19 patients in Nepal are undergoing treatment in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and ventilator support.

A total of 380 patients are in ICU and 62 on ventilator support.

According to the Ministry of Health, 48 persons are undergoing treatment in ICU in Province 1, 11 in Province 2, 161 in Bagmati Province, 89 in Gandaki Province, 55 in Lumbini Province, ten in Karnali Province, and six in Sudurpaschim Province.

A total of three in Province 1, one in Province 2, 38 in Bagmati, 14 in Gandaki Province, five in Lumbini Province, and one in Sudurpaschim Province are on ventilator support.
