KATHMANDU: The Commission for Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) has filed a case at Special Court against Nayab Subba Shiva Shankar Mahato of the Department of Commerce and Supplies and Consumer Protection.
The anti-graft body has accused Mahato of taking Rs 10,000 bribe.
The team of the commission had arrested Mahato while he was taking bribe from the service recipients who had come for the work related to the registration certificate.
