BUTWAL: Chief Minister of Province-5 Shankar Pokharel has said the constitution has been established as a document of full consensus among all sides in course of its implementation.

Giving a message of best wishes on the occasion of the Constitution Day today, CM Pokharel said the Province government was committed to materializing people’s dreams of development and prosperity with the effective implementation of the constitution.

“It is an important phase of the implementation of the federal democratic republic which is established by the constitution,” he said, adding that secularism, inclusion and proportional representation are some of the key features of the constitution.

He wished the Constitution Day inspired everyone to work together for sustainable peace, good governance and nation building.
