Plasma bank to be established in Jhapa

JHAPA: After successfully establishing a PCR Laboratory, the ‘One for One Campaign’ of Jhapa is set to launch a plasma bank in Jhapa.

According to Lok Raj Dhakal, the Chairperson of Nepal Red Cross Society Jhapa, the campaign has decided to donate 1100 thousand rupees.

“We held a meeting to establish the plasma bank and the One for One Campaign has decided to donate 1100 thousand,” he said, “Soon, we will have 2 million.”

He stated that they are striving to work hard to let it come to operation by September 26.

The community people have taken the One for One Campaign very excitingly and the humanitarian movement has started bearing fruits.

The movement has already established a Coronavirus test PCR Lab at Kankai-4, Kotihom and has handed it over to the government.
