KATHMANDU: Sarat Singh Bhandari has on Wednesday assumed the responsibility of Presidium Coordinator of the Rastriya Janata Party Nepal (RJPN).
The RJPN presidium meeting on Tuesday had taken a decision to this effect.
The RJPN presidium coordinator is appointed on a rotational basis among the presidium members every two months.
The party is following this tradition until it convenes party unification general convention.
The six leaders who are the members of the presidium have been assuming the coordinator role turn by turn.
The party was led by Mahendra Raya Yadav before Bhandari.
