At a program in Bhanu Municipality of Tanahun district on Saturday, Inspector General (IG) of Nepal Police Khanal viewed that crime and criminals are the hindrances to a prosperous country so the police force is always committed to containing the criminals.

He pledged to carry on the community-police partnership campaign and shared that the initiative has played a vital role in crime control.

Stating that the security situation would be made robust for development works, Khanal argued that development and law and order are complementary to each other.
