PM Oli repeatedly insulted me: Prachanda

KATHMANDU: Executive Chairman of the ruling Nepal Communist Party (NCP) Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ has said that Prime Minister KP Oli has repeatedly insulted him.

Prachanda said so while addressing the gathering of district Chairpersons and Secretaries of Province 1 loyal to him at the party’s central office Perisdanda on Friday.

According to a central member of Province 1 who participated in the gathering, Prachanda had spent most of his speech complaining that Oli didn’t give importance to him.

Prachanda had requested to take the gathering as a program to convey the message to dispel the illusion spread by Oli in the party and not as a gathering of any faction.

“Oli never took me as Chairman; he insulted me time and again. He said that I am not a Chairman and considered me a rubber stamp Chairman,” Prachanda said.
