Mahila Laghubitta to issue 400,000 units of IPO



KATHMANDU: Mahila Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Ltd. is issuing 400,000 units of initial public offerings (IPO).

The Bittiya Sanstha has called a general meeting on December 29 to endorse a proposal to this effect.

The Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has already given the institution a go-ahead to issue the IPOs for Rs 100 per unit of share.

The Bittiya Sanstha has Rs 60 million as its paid up capital. Its paid up capital will reach Rs 100 million following the issuance of IPO.
