America’s COVID-19 cases cross 17.6 million



WASHINGTON: The number of COVID-19 cases has reached 17,617,563 in the United States of America after 220,666 new cases were reported in the country.

Currently, 7,032,007 are undergoing treatment at various hospitals and isolation wards across the country while 10,267,896 have recovered from the pandemic.

Similarly, the death toll linked with the coronavirus has reached317,660 with 3,009 new deaths so far in the country, according to the latest figures collated by Worldometer.

Broke out in Wuhan City of China in last December, the coronavirus has killed 1,667,124 and infected 75,247,822 globally until the filing of this news.
