KATHMANDU: Standing Committee member of ruling Nepal Communist Party (NCP) Bhim Rawal has warned against involving in “crimes” of betraying the country, people and the party.

Rawal’s warning comes at a time when NCP is caught in a quagmire over power struggle between its two Chairmen – KP Oli and Pushpa Kamal Dahal.

He suggested that the party needs to abide by the decision of the Standing Committee and the agreements made during the party unification.

Rawal has also emphasized the need to find a solution to the problem through talks.

He said, “The solution to the problem is to follow the decision of the Standing Committee on the basis of the declaration and agreements reached during the time of party unification, the political report, the report of the central committee and the task force, and the party statute.”
