Assistant Sub Inspector found murdered in Dhangadhi



DHANGADHI: Assistant Sub Inspector of Police Govinda BK deployed at a temporary police post at Jugeda in Dhangadhi Sub-metropolis-12 has been murdered with a sharp weapon.

The body was found in a nearby Mohana River this morning. BK went missing yesterday night after setting out on patrol.

Senior Superintendent of Police Mukesh Singh of the Province Police Office said that the body was found dumped in the river.

Police Head Constable Ram Bahadur Saud of the same office, who was on patrol with BK, is still out of contact.
